Refund policy

Please contact within 2 hours of delivery time to report DOA. Please provide photographs of coral and establish contact before disposal. 

Refunds on already shipped goods to be issued as store credit. 

Refunds on orders that have not yet shipped will be refunded to your original payment method.

Due to the nature of shipping corals there are no returns.
