DOA Policy

Dead on arrival are covered for any products proved to be DOA by photograph or video within 2 hours of delivery. Evidence should be taken while coral remains in original bags. Please report any damaged or unhealthy seeming corals immediately. Do not dispose of contents until after contact has been made. Remember that zoanthids and palythoas are highly toxic. Keep away from eyes and mouth. If they appear to have melted in the bag do not open. 

 A well taken video greatly eases any DOA issues so please consider recording your unboxing in HD.

Refunds for DOA are issued as store credit or replacement with same coral
